Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowshred.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in original new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowshred.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
The first unexpected thing: there are no buckles for shoulder straps, so it’s pretty tricky to put pants on, really uncomfortable. And I have just tested my pants outside. That’s minus 15 C now. I was walking my dog, so I was walking pretty fast. I was outside within nearly 15 minutes. And I felt really cold, even though I have a long winter coat. So, I’m just unpleasantly surprised with the quality. I wouldn’t expect to buy pants for $160 (including $20 for delivery) and get such poor quality item. I would appreciate if you provide me the way to return them.

Fit well
Fit well. Warm and keep me dry. But there are no buckles for shoulder straps, so it’s pretty tricky to put pants on, really uncomfortable.

Kept me warm and dry!
Got it for a day in the snow and kept me warm and dry it is true to size I’m usually a large and I got a large I did tho just wear a thin layer under like leggings and a long sleeve and it was very comfy!
