Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowshred.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order delivered during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowshred reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion (40%–70%) products, as well as products purchased with discount codes of 40% or more, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning at your own cost within 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.
A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Defective Items：
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions：
This warranty is only available in the United States and Canada. Snowshred is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as scratches in a device surface, lost data or lost or destroyed personal property.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations on the duration of the warranty may not apply to you.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages：
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
Wasn't expecting much from an economical 'no name' brand. Needed a setup for my kids 1st year on the mountain. With a couple weeks left, she has 28 uses so far. Surprisingly good.
Disliked:
1. Zipper quality on the leg cuffs is lower quality than the butt and front zippers. The cuff design/boot gaiter is poorly executed overall with no adjustments.
2. Lack of ventilation, later in the season or warmer afternoons, had to take off the upper part and tie it around her waist.
Liked:
1. Materials were surprisingly good. She spent a lot of time testing out the butt and knees with no signs of wear.
2. Very warm. Received zero 'I'm cold' complaints all winter.
3. Very waterproof. Never saw any part saturate. Beaded water/snow very well.
4. She had a lot of compliments on the looks of it.
Overall would recommend for the colder days (32 and below). Purchased a size up and will use it again next season.

Unique and good quality!!
Absolutely love this snow suit, we ordered size 100cm for our 3yro daughter (she's at 90 percentile on height). The material is really good, its wind and waterproof, not super thick which I like cause we like to layer her in, that way she won't be too hot while moving around playing in the snow. Highly recommended!!!

My daughter loves it!
Bought this for my almost 8 year old in a 125. She's petite and the size worked out well. The suit is great quality. We use it for snowmobiling. We've done 50 plus miles of riding so far with no issues. So far so good, we will see how it holds up the rest of the season.
