Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowshred.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowshred.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

I purchased this for snowboarding. It is a very stylish, light weight but warm jacket. Runs a little large. I usually get a small, but this in the small size, this jacket fits more like a medium which is fine as I will wear warm clothes under it. I’m 5’7” and this jacket covers my behind in the back. I am excited to wear it on the slope!

I never expected to receive such a good jacket for that price! I’m so pleased with it, looks exactly like the picture. I usually wear a Large but ordered a medium since it looked oversized and I wanted something more slime fit. I’m glad I did! It looks slim like I wanted BUT I still have room to layer clothes (and I tried it with a hoodie on!). There’s a ton of pockets with zipper (not only Velcro), perfect for skiing and snowboarding. The zipper also looks really steady. 10/10 would recommend.

Bought it for my daughter she is a snowboarder. She absolutely loves the jacket, fell in love when you put it on. It is little long I. Her but loves it covers her butt and waste area that is always out in the elements. She loves the zippers around neck and waste area.
