Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowshred.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order delivered during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowshred reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning at your own cost within 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations on the duration of the warranty may not apply to you.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages：
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
I bought these at the last second before going on a spur of the moment snowboarding trip, and was very pleased with them. I just needed one more pair and wasn't expecting a whole lot. I wore these more than any of the others. They were warm, comfortable and stylish to boot. They were sized pretty big, but with elastic waistband with belt they worked just fine. I definitely recommend.

Best Snowpants Ive Had!!
I was looking for a pair of snowpants that wouldnt break the bank but also be good for snowboarding. I could not be happier with these snow pants! I am 5'9 and 172lbs. I got the large and it fit perfect. Ive had pants that cost half more and arent as nice or as warm. These are an absolutely amazing pair for the price and so glad I bought them!

Better quality than expected
I found them to be a bit big but with a belt they fit just fine. Worked well with long underwear and knee pads.I am not someone to write reviews but the quality of these snowboard pants was better than expected and wanted to share! I have only worn them 2 days on the slopes but they were perfect. I will recommend these to friends and would definitely buy again.

Sturdy, amazing, affordable
Amazing quality! Extremely warm and never once got wet through these. We were at the top of mountains in Colorado and these were one of our best investments for our trip! Buy them. You will not regret it! Did a large but could if easily fit in a medium.
