Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowshred.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in original new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowshred.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

This arrived much sooner than the quoted date. The seller was straight to communicate to check size and although i think a large jacket would be better for my size, the seller was sure to check.

Fit is correct
Im 5'9 , 190 lb and size large is correct size , a little roomy , legs are a little long but not draging in shoes, just enough room that I can wear longjohns if needed with belt . nice durable knee material . Lining seems like quality material.
Time will tell if they are durable and waterproof enough for fall and winter yard work.
After over two weeks doing snow clean up and related yard work , pants are holding up good . They keep me dry and relitvly warm .
May wash then sometime soon and i will see what happens to them.

My husband loves it!
Its a great set for an affordable price! I bought it for my husband since he loves to go snowboarding and was in need of new gear. He specifically chose the color and the design and absolutely loves it. It fits very comfortably and its warm! I was scared that it might be too big or loose in some parts. He talked about the jacket and pants having no weight to them but still keeping yourself warm.

I would say they fit true to size. This kept me well insulated with no long Johns beneath it. Both jacket and pants are sturdy and durable. I got a lot of compliments on the jacket by itself. Pants were a decent length for a 6footer. Im 180 and wearing an XL. Youve got all the pockets you need to lose track of everything youre carrying. I would definitely buy again.
