Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowshred.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in original new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.

If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

When this suit arrived, I opened the box and nearly hit the floor laughing. It looked very baggy and almost industrial. Then my friend had me put it on and said: "See, it's awesome. It's just different from the tailored 'ski' look. It's the 'snowboard' look. Truth be told, I bought this suit to walk my dog in the freezing temperatures of Connecticut in winter. I wanted it big enough to put over whatever clothing I was wearing and keep me super warm. For the most part, it does. My only bone to pick with it is that it does not have much insulation in the chest area. I feel toasty from the waist down and warm from my head to my neck, but my chest and back are still cold. I'm going to try to pair this with a skiing shell I have. I got a size S and it fits very nicely. I'm almost 5'8" and very thin.

OMG! It's so cute and I love it!
I LOVE this suit - I'm finally at cute skier status - I actually just lost about 21lbs - it would be a little small if I had not, but it is good motivation to keep the weight off and keep going down. I got an XL - I'm 5'4 and about 184lbs - so I'm not a little girl - large for a skier. However I am comfortable, and it is cute, but if you are any heavier at my height, it will fit a little small. One idea is to go to the men's sizes if you are bigger - however, I don't think they will have pink which is my favorite color.
