Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowshred.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order delivered during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages：
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
Very good quality, nice design, fits as expected, you can wear it with a thick sweater underneath and it still feels comfortable. Keeps you warm.

Nice Zippers and fits as expected
It kept me warm all day. The zippers are good quality and it fit as expected. I dripped water on the sleeves, and it beaded up and rolled off. It was also a little windy and it kept the wind from me. Really nice looking jacket.

Good design and material
I got my wife a size small for the snow and skiing. It's a little big on her which we expected but gives her room to grow. She said it was warm but roomy enough where she could wear layers underneath if needed. She likes the velcro on the sleeve cuff to make it easier to take gloves on and off as well as the under-arm Vents you could unzip for some venting.

Quality is nice, design is awesome. Kept me warm and dry. Got several compliments on the quality and colorway itself. Only fuss I have is the fit. But Im 50 so most smalls are pretty long on me anyhow. Definitely more on the baggier side but I feel thats something most may want when snowboarding so theres room for layers underneath and movement.
