We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible so we process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1~2 days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.

About Customs and Taxation

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in AUD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

Return Policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowshred.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.) 

Important:

• To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in original new & unused condition, with tags attached.  
• Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.  
• When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
• Snowshred.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
• Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Returns For Refund:

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort. 

Exchanges:

If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.

Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.

If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

Defective Items

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
